If you need some motivation to get active, but are having trouble getting moving, this USB scale will track your weight over time. The Scale won’t actually help you lose weight itself, but it can show you how much you aren’t losing by sitting in front of the computer all day.
Just weigh yourself on the Scale, then pull its built-in USB stick out. Plug that into your laptop or computer and the included software will track your weight over time with a very nice graphic dashboard of charts.
You can also track your diet with the included software, which should motivate your to start exercising and eating right. Or in my case, just stop me from weight myself altogether.
