NASA might be getting ready to announce that the Voyager 1 spacecraft has become the first object to finally leave our solar system.  A surprise announcement is happened at 2:00 PM EST, and you can watch it right here.

A few months ago, everyone figured Voyager 1 has already left our little spot in space, but NASA told everyone to chill out; it hadn’t left the heliosphere quite yet.
