On January 8th Game developer Bethesda Softworks filed a U.S. trademark application for Fallout for the purpose of, get this:
“Entertainment services in the nature of an on-going television program set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic world.”
If that didn’t get your drool bucket filling then check this out: Erik Todd Dellums (the voice of 3 Dog) tweeted the following earlier this month:
“To all my Fallout 3 and Three Dog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed!”
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Fallout 3, it has earned its fame as a multi-award winning RPG first person shooter title released by Bethesda Softworks which takes place in a beautifully designed post-nuclear apocalyptic setting of Washington D.C. Since its release in 2007 the game has garnered 11 awards including 3 separate game of the year awards and a place in IGN’s top 10 games of the decade.
